The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline for any engagement will be described in a separate proposal, order form, or written agreement between you and Blacktip Digital. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
We may offer a complimentary digital audit. The audit is provided for informational purposes only, carries no obligation to purchase, and does not guarantee any specific result. Requesting an audit does not create a client relationship until a separate agreement is entered into.
By providing your contact information, you agree that Blacktip Digital may contact you by email, phone, and text message regarding your inquiry and our services. Text messaging consent is collected when you submit your phone number through a form on our website or when you verbally agree to receive texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Ownership of custom deliverables produced for a client is governed by the applicable client agreement; until fees are paid in full, we retain ownership of work product.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
